Are you ready to buy a home?
When does a person decide that they want to buy a home?  Maybe after seeing a friend or family member purchase their first home?  Perhaps they just mailed their rent payment and decided that they had nothing to show for it.  It could have been that noisy neighbor upstairs that keeps their TV going all day long.  What ever it took entering into the mortgage market today requires the help of an experienced lender to guide you through the process.

Where to begin?
We suggest you begin by attending Home Buyer Education classes.  As a state and HUD certified educator we provide monthly classes for those who need want to know the process of obtaining a mortgage and purchasing a home.  To check availability and sign up for the next class please contact Suzanna Gallant in our South Paris Homeownership and Lending Center at 739-6552.
